? Location: Mahim West, Mumbai

? Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR

? Experience: Minimum 12+ Years

? Salary: Depends Upon Experience

? Reporting To: Director / GM

? Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel to the Boisar plant as required.

⭐ Key Skills Required:

✅ Candidates should have exposure to Corporate HR as well as Manufacturing/Factory HR operations.

✅Solid knowledge of Labor Laws & Factory Compliance.

✅Experience in contract labor management and compliance

✅Good understanding of HRMS and HR reporting systems





? Job Responsibilities:

?Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of Head Office employees.

?Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.

? Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

?Coordinate payroll processing and monitor employee attendance.

? Plan and implement training & development initiatives.

? Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.

? Prepare and monitor HR MIS, reports and HR analytics.

? Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus & Gratuity.
