Leading global financial services institution is seeking a senior architecture leader to own architecture outcomes across Data, Analytics and AI. The role will lead strategy, target states, roadmaps, governance and investment priorities while partnering with senior business and technology leadership. The position will also drive enterprise alignment, architecture workforce development, technology risk management and strategic decision-making across a complex enterprise workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture strategy, target states, roadmaps and outcomes across the Data, Analytics and AI portfolio.
- Act as the primary architecture decision authority for significant initiatives, investments and governance forums.
- Partner with senior data, technology and business leaders on enterprise data, analytics, AI and information management priorities.
- Lead architecture workforce planning, capability development, succession planning and practice consistency.
- Drive cross-domain architecture alignment and contribute to enterprise architecture standards,



roadmaps and governance.
- Identify and manage architecture risks, technical debt, resilience concerns and strategic technology issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 19+ years of experience in Engineering or Data, including 5 - 10 years leading architecture teams in large, complex enterprises.
- Strong expertise across data architecture, information management, analytics platforms, AI enablement and data governance.
- Proven experience defining architecture strategies, target states, roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Strong people leadership, workforce planning and capability development experience.
- Experience influencing CIOs, senior technology leaders and business executives and operating strategic governance forums.
- Experience in enterprise data transformation, AI initiatives and enterprise architecture strategy; familiarity with TOGAF or equivalent approaches.
