We're looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage program and build a culture of excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead and train the barista team - Maintain exceptional coffee and beverage quality and consistency - Dial in espresso and optimize brew recipes - Drive service standards and guest experience - Manage inventory, equipment maintenance and daily operations - Work closely with our kitchen and leadership team to continuously improve the café experience We're looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years of specialty coffee and beverage experience with leadership experience preferred - Understands espresso extraction, milk texturing, brewing methods and beverage fundamentals - Takes pride in precision, cleanliness and consistency - Loves training people and building high-performing teams
