About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled with hands-on experience in opto-electronic and thermal imaging devices. The candidate will be responsible for technical support, field deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of systems such as Day Vision Binoculars, Night Vision Binoculars, Laser Range Finders (LRF), Modification Kits, and Infrared Illuminators.

Key Responsibilities:? Technical Support & Deployment

· Provide field support for installation, configuration, and operation of opto-electronic devices such as Day Vision Binoculars, Night Vision Binoculars, LRF systems, modification kits, and IR illuminators.

· Assist customers and internal teams during product demonstrations, trials, and field testing.

? System Integration

· Support integration of optical and thermal systems with existing platforms or equipment.

· Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and performance optimization of devices.

? Troubleshooting & Maintenance

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, optical, and electronic issues in deployed systems.

· Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks for field devices.

? Customer & Technical Training





· Provide technical training and guidance to customers, operators, and internal teams.

· Prepare technical manuals, application notes, and training materials.

? Product Feedback & Improvement

· Gather field performance data and customer feedback to assist engineering teams in product improvement.

· Coordinate with R&D; teams for design updates or modifications.

? Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and troubleshooting logs.

· Support pre-sales teams with technical proposals and product specifications.

Mandatory Skills Required

✔ Strong knowledge of optical systems and electro-optical devices.

✔ Experience in field testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.

✔ Understanding of thermal imaging and night vision technologies.

✔ Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, and system schematics.

✔ Positive communication and customer-facing skills.

✔ Willingness to travel frequently for field support .

Qualification:

- Ø Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Opto-Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
