Role Description The Guidewire Integration role is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with a mix of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. This full time role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Guidewire applications and external systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and system performance. Daily responsibilities include configuring integration components, implementing APIs and middleware solutions, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements.

The role also includes reviewing technical designs, performing code and configuration reviews, preparing documentation,



and participating in testing and deployment activities to support stable production operations.

Qualifications

- Strong integration skills, including experience with Guidewire integration frameworks, APIs, middleware, and data exchange patterns.
- Solid software development skills with experience in Java or similar languages, and familiarity with REST, SOAP, and microservices.
- Effective analytical skills for diagnosing complex system and data issues, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills for resolving integration defects, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting solutions, and interacting with clients.
- Experience with insurance domain processes and Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Bengaluru, manage priorities, and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
