Actively upsell game packages, memberships, upgrades, F&B; and ongoing offers. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective pitching and conversion. Identify guest requirements and recommend suitable packages. Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution. Promote birthday parties, corporate bookings, events and group packages.
