Key Responsibilities

- Identify and explore new growth and outreach opportunities
- Engage with prospective learners and understand their requirements
- Present relevant programs and solutions based on learner needs
- Support enrollment and business growth activities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track leads, activities and conversion metrics through CRM
- Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions and Operations teams
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Customer-centric approach




- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in sales, business development, counselling or customer relationship management is an advantage
