We’re looking for someone who wants to grow.

We’re building a growing Packers & Movers business, and we want someone who wants to learn sales, customer handling and operations while growing with us.

What you'll do

You will handle the complete customer journey:

Lead → Call → Qualify → Survey → Sale → Booking → Supervision → Successful Delivery

- Talk to customers and understand their requirements
- Conduct surveys and convert enquiries into bookings
- Follow up and close sales
- Coordinate labour, vehicles and customers
- Supervise Packers & Movers jobs on-site
- Solve problems and ensure the customer gets a smooth experience

We’re looking for someone who is
- Good at communication and people handling




- Confident, calm and well-mannered
- Comfortable talking to customers and negotiating
- Able to handle and coordinate labour
- Responsible and willing to take ownership
- Hungry to learn, grow and build something
- Comfortable with field work and travelling
- Owns a two-wheeler + valid driving licence
