We are a creative studio producing brand films, still-life shows, and cultural projects. We are looking for sharp, highly qualified intern to help grow our studio and sharpen our narrative online. This is for owner-minded individuals who want to treat a creative business as their own.

What You’ll Do

- Business Growth: Identify, pitch, and close collaborations for brand films, venues, jewelry, and art projects.
- Partnerships: Build meaningful relationships with brands, galleries, and creators across Bengaluru.
- Content: Manage our digital voice on Instagram and LinkedIn. Write, design, and share our projects, behind-the-scenes, and studio POV (3–4 posts/week).
- Revenue Ownership: Track your pipeline. We value results and strategic impact over hours logged.
- Timing: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
- Location Requirement: You must be based in Bengaluru. We do not provide relocation assistance, and this role requires you to work directly from our Jayanagar studio. Please do not apply if you are not already living in the city or cannot commute to Jayanagar regularly.

- Compensation: A ₹5,000 monthly stipend OR 10% net profit commission on every revenue-generating deal you close.

- You have a background or strong interest in brand partnerships, luxury, galleries, or creative production.
- You can sell high-ticket experiences and write copy that feels human, not robotic.
- You have strong taste you know what high-quality creative work looks like.
- An existing network in Bengaluru’s arts, fashion, or creative community is a massive plus.
- You are a self-starter who takes initiative.

This is not a "social media-only" role. If you want to post content without caring about business growth, this is not the right fit. We are looking for a partner in growth.
