? Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and develop maintenance teams through training, coaching, and on-the-job development.
✅ Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
✅ Support breakdown analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of effective countermeasures.
✅ Ensure adherence to safety standards, audits, and risk mitigation practices.
✅ Champion TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities to achieve departmental KPIs.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve chronic equipment issues and enhance operational efficiency.
? What We're Looking For
✔ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical,
Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
✔ 6-8 years of experience in machine tool servicing and machining section maintenance within an engine manufacturing environment.
✔ Strong expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, DX systems, and safety practices.
