Job Title: Graphic Designer (Remote, Full-Time)

About Detective MonkeyDetective Monkey is an education technology company building digital solutions for schools and educational institutions. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can strengthen our visual identity and produce engaging content for digital, marketing, and institutional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Create brochures, presentations, certificates, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop visual content for schools, educational campaigns, events, and company announcements.
- Maintain consistency with Detective Monkey’s branding, colours, fonts, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Canva is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of colour combinations, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and modern designs.




- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to accept feedback and make timely revisions.
- A portfolio or samples of previous design work are required.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
- Experience designing content for education, technology, startups, or social media.
- Ability to create Assamese and English promotional content will be an advantage.

Employment StructureThe selected candidate will initially work remotely on a three-month full-time contractual engagement with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. After successful completion of the contract period, the candidate may be offered a continued full-time position with a monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000, depending on:

- Quality and creativity of work
- Productivity and consistency
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Communication and teamwork
- Overall performance during the contract period
