We’re looking for someone who understands:
- Visual communication and how sports brands showcase products
- Layout, typography, composition & visual hierarchy
- Product-focused design and creating clear, engaging visuals
- Branding, social media & commercial design
- Adapting designs across different formats, platforms & requirements
- The difference between “make it pop” and actually making something work
Bonus: If you understand both the creative and strategic side of design — and can explain why a design works, not just make it look positive.
