Role Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who could develop visual concepts for all our Trusts and Entities to effectively communicate ideas and enhance brand identity. One who could use their creativity, technical skills, and design expertise to craft compelling visual concepts that resonate with a target audience. Collaborating with team members, including marketing and resource mobilisation, the graphic designer would ensure that all materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

This role requires proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. The individual would be responsible for the entire process of gathering requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, social media, books, magazines, product brochures, event marketing and more.

Roles & Responsibilities-

· Design marketing materials. Create graphics for social media, product brochures, websites,



and advertisements that align with brand identity.

· Collaborate with team members. Work closely with creative directors, and marketing and resource mobilization specialists to ensure cohesive visual concepts.

· Develop designs using graphic design software like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Incorporate typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials.

· Maintain brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.

· Develop visual concepts. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience.

· Adapt designs for various mediums. Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.

· Meet deadlines. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

· Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.

Qualifications & Skills required-

· 3–5 years of experience in similar role.

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

· Proven ability to manage multiple design projects efficiently.

· Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, video editing software and Ai tools.

· CRM management skills.

· Website maintenance skills.

· Creative, structured, and strategic mindset with great execution skills.

· Ability to multitask and work independently while handling high-priority projects.
