Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Surat.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website visuals, and presentations that align with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, refining layouts, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and preparing final files for delivery and publication. The role involves working on logo development, branding elements, typography choices,



and maintaining visual consistency across campaigns.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, implement feedback from stakeholders, and stay current with design trends and tools to enhance creative output.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to create distinctive Logo Design and Branding assets that communicate clear visual identities for diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and color theory to produce clear, engaging, and accessible designs.
- Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, web, email) and adapting graphics for multiple formats and devices.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
- Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on site in Surat.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines, basic UX principles, and motion or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva) is an advantage.
