Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, India, for a Lead Designer at Clarity Global Labs. We’re looking for someone who relishes the prospect to heavily influence our brand identity, creative direction and culture.

You’ll be responsible for taking ideas from brief to final execution, creating work that is both strategically effective and visually exceptional. Beyond execution, you’ll be expected to develop original visual concepts based on a creative brief or copy, bringing your own ideas and creative thinking to every project.

You will oversee and execute creative projects across digital, print, packaging, advertising, social media, website, and performance marketing. The role also involves creating motion graphics, leading branding initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams,



and maintaining consistently high design standards across every customer touchpoint.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in graphic design, visual communication, and branding
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Experience creating motion graphics and animations, preferably using Adobe After Effects
- Ability to independently develop compelling visual concepts from a creative brief or copy, without requiring detailed art direction
- A strong eye for composition, typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling
- Highly creative, with the ability to generate original ideas that are both beautiful and commercially effective
- Highly efficient and organised, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and visual media generation is a plus
