Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Sirsa.
The Graphic
Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for websites, marketing campaigns, and social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, designing logos and brand assets, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for digital and print use. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and development teams, presenting design ideas, iterating based on feedback,
and maintaining organized design assets and documentation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive brand identities and visual systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and pair fonts that enhance readability and brand expression.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).
- Solid portfolio demonstrating web and digital marketing design work.
- Ability to collaborate in an in office team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
