The Role

You will design across formats that are actively used; social, brand communication, campaigns, and presentations.

The role combines visual thinking with execution. You will translate ideas into clear, intentional design; making decisions on structure, typography, and composition in real time.

You will work within live projects, where speed, clarity, and taste shape the final output.

What You’ll Do





- Design social media creatives, carousels, reel covers, and campaign assets
- Build presentation decks with robust visual structure and clarity
- Create and maintain brand visual systems across channels
- Develop digital communication assets; reports, mailers, event collateral
- Contribute visual thinking to strategy conversations
- Deliver high-quality work across multiple parallel projects

What We’re Looking For

- Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, clarity, and range
- Figma proficiency and comfort with design tools
- Clear visual judgment; ability to make and explain design decisions
- Execution speed; consistent output under real timelines
- Awareness of contemporary visual culture and design patterns

Background

Design school, self-taught, or hybrid; all valid.
