Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Associate (Entry Level) role based in Bengaluru South.

The Graphic Design

Associate will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, and in-app graphics for JadeCaps’ brands. Daily responsibilities include assisting with brand-aligned layouts, refining logo variations, preparing image assets for campaigns, and ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms.



The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate briefs into clear, visually appealing designs.

The Graphic Design

Associate will also help with basic image editing, file organization, and timely delivery of design materials for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create explicit and engaging visual concepts.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding to support cohesive brand identities across multiple consumer brands.
- Practical skills in Image Editing, including retouching, resizing, and optimizing visuals for web and social media.
- Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar) and basic understanding of design principles (color, typography, layout).
- Relevant academic background or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; internships or project portfolios are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site team setting.
