Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Engineer/Administrator with 5–10 years of experience in managing, administering, and supporting Google Workspace environments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user lifecycle management, security, compliance, migration, automation, and troubleshooting across Google Workspace applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Google Workspace environments (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, Groups, Sites).
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain security policies, MFA, SSO, and Identity Management.
- Monitor system health, usage, and performance across Google Workspace services.
- Implement and manage data retention, compliance, and eDiscovery using Google Vault.
- Perform Google Workspace migrations from Microsoft 365, Exchange, or other platforms.
- Manage domain configurations, DNS records, email routing, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
- Automate administrative tasks using Google Apps Script, PowerShell,



or APIs.
- Troubleshoot user, mail flow, synchronization, and collaboration tool issues.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure service reliability.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Google Workspace Administration.
- Expertise in Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups, and Google Vault.
- Experience with Google Admin Console.
- Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with Workspace Migration Tools.
- Understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX Records.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Identity.
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
- Experience in scripting and automation.

Preferred Skills
- Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 coexistence and migration projects.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- ITIL process knowledge.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
