POSITION TITLE: Global Source to Contract Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Global Procurement Operations and Transformation

JOB TYPE: Full-Time - Exempt

LOCATION: India / Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities associated with this role can be divided into 3 broad categories:

eSourcing:

- Drive global use and adoption of RF(x) tools across Global Procurement teams, ensuring adherence to ADM’s standard processes
- Partner with category management teams globally on projects to configure online RF(x) (request for Proposal, Request for Quotation or Request for Information) and eAuctions
- Serve as ADM’s expert on best practices for eRF(x) processes and tools, methodologies and advanced sourcing strategies




- Partner with the purchasing hub globally to deliver best-in-class eAuction management and competitive bid processes to maximize savings results and organization effectiveness

Contract Lifecycle Management:

- Serve as a SME on CLM processes and activities
- Participate in design and deployment of the CLM tool in EMEA and APAC

Overall Source to Contract process enhancements:

- Lead system training for all ADM users and suppliers
- Contribute to global Projects related to new features and functions, changes in process and tools
- Share of best practices across Global Procurement teams

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Innovative skilled with proven ability to think strategically and manage aggressive assignments
- Technology savvy – good understanding of IT systems and MS Excel, MS Power BI and Data is a plus
- Ability to utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and sourcing platform capabilities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
- Driven team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strategic focus with an ability to prioritize, self-manage and focus on performance excellence
- Language: Fluent in English. German, French, Polish, Dutch or Spanish is a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology and/or Purchasing or Supply Chain experience required
- 3+ years in Strategic Sourcing and/or exposure to eRF(x) tools (especially Jaggaer, SAP Ariba or Coupa) preferred. Experience with advanced sourcing and optimizations a plus
- Preferred Experience in Food/ Agri-business industry
