- Basic graphics/OpenGL programming

Database Skills

- Oracle Spatial, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Spatial database design and administration

Domain Skills

- Experience with ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro




- Data conversion across formats (XML, JSON, shapefiles)
- Map rendering (vector/raster), ICAO-compliant symbology and layering

- Computational geometry

Core Responsibilities

- Migrate legacy ArcObjects-based code to ArcGIS Pro CoreHost (ArcGIS.Core).
- Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport features (runways, taxiways, networks).
- Develop and optimize geometry processing (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection).
- Build automated data import/export pipelines (shapefiles, geodatabases, Oracle).
- Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/ArcPy integration.
