About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Gift Packaging & Hamper Specialist with hands-on experience in premium gifting, decorative packaging and hamper preparation.

The ideal candidate should have previously worked with FNP (Ferns N Petals), premium gifting companies, hamper brands, florists, wedding gifting companies, luxury retail stores or similar businesses and should understand how to create beautifully finished gifts for both individual and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and professionally pack gift hampers, gift boxes, baskets, trays and other gifting formats.
- Handle decorative packaging using ribbons, wrapping papers, tissue, fillers, shredded paper, tags, flowers, embellishments and other accessories.
- Arrange multiple products aesthetically within hampers and boxes.
- Create different styles of packaging for corporate gifting, festive gifting, weddings, events and special occasions.
- Ensure every gift has a clean, premium and consistent finish.
- Handle wrapping, ribbon tying, bow making, product placement and final presentation.
- Understand different box sizes, packaging materials and product combinations.
- Assist the team in developing recent hamper presentation and packaging ideas.




- Manage packaging materials efficiently and minimise wastage.
- Handle bulk gifting orders while maintaining consistency and quality across every piece.
- Conduct final quality checks before gifts are dispatched.

Skills & Experience Required

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in gift/hamper packaging preferred.
- Prior experience with FNP or similar gifting, floral, wedding, luxury gifting or hamper companies would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of decorative and premium packaging.
- Excellent ribbon tying, wrapping and hamper arrangement skills.
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and neatly, especially during festive seasons and large corporate orders.
- Comfortable handling both customised gifts and bulk orders.
- Knowledge of different packaging materials and finishing techniques.

What We’re Looking For Someone who can look at a collection of products and know how to arrange, layer, wrap and finish them so that the final gift looks premium and beautifully presented.

This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys the art of gifting and packaging.
