About the Role

As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end AI/ML initiatives across the organization, from solution conceptualization and Proof of Concept (POC) development to enterprise-scale deployment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver business-focused AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple business functions.
- Define and execute AI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive AI innovation through POCs and transform successful concepts into scalable production solutions.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and IT teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
- Present AI solutions, project progress, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adoption of MLOps best practices, model governance standards,



and deployment frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership in building advanced AI solutions involving:
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning
- Drive the adoption of up-to-date AI frameworks and cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Mentor and guide Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Developers while fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture.

Desired Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI projects, managing stakeholders, and mentoring teams.
- Ability to drive projects from ideation and POC stage through enterprise-scale implementation.
