Hiring: General Manager – Restaurant & Banquet

Location: Ashvem Beach, Mandrem, Goa, Angry Sardar

Head office: 609, 6th Floor, D-mall, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi-110034

Salary: 70k - 90k per month

Food & Accommodation: Provided separately

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall restaurant and banquet operations.

- Lead and supervise restaurant, service, kitchen and banquet teams.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales, revenue, costs and inventory.
- Plan and manage banquets, events and special functions.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage operational requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hospitality standards.

Experience: Relevant experience in restaurant, hotel or banquet management preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
