Role Description The General Manager Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading and expanding the sales function for Upasna’s residential and commercial projects. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The General Manager

Sales oversees sales teams, sets performance targets, monitors sales pipelines, and ensures effective follow-up and closure of leads. Daily activities involve coordinating with marketing, operations, and finance teams, reviewing market trends,



preparing sales reports, and supporting negotiations and contract finalization. The role also focuses on enhancing service standards, resolving escalations, and promoting a culture of ethical, customer-focused selling.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and business development skills with experience in real estate or related industries.
- Proven General Management capabilities, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service orientation, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Effective Team Management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and leading diverse sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data, competition, and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and engaging regularly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, result-oriented mindset, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
