Victor Hospital is seeking an accomplished and dynamic General Manager – Hospital Operations to lead the hospital’s day-to-day operations and drive excellence across clinical and non-clinical functions.

This is a leadership role for a healthcare professional who can bring together people, processes, patient experience, quality, financial discipline, and operational performance to create a high-performing hospital environment.

What You’ll Lead

- Oversee the complete operational functioning of the hospital across clinical, administrative, and support services.
- Ensure seamless, safe, and patient-centric delivery of healthcare services.
- Lead workforce planning, staffing coordination, performance management, and team development.
- Drive operational efficiency, resource optimization, and cost control.
- Establish and monitor operational policies, SOPs, systems, and performance standards.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.
- Champion initiatives that improve patient experience, service quality, turnaround times, and overall hospital performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and new service development.
- Monitor budgets, operational expenditure, and key performance indicators.




- Prepare meaningful operational dashboards and reports for senior leadership and provide strategic recommendations for growth and long-term sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with patients, employees, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a medical graduate with an MHA and 10+ years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare management, preferably with substantial exposure to multi-department hospital operations. The ideal leader will bring:

- Strong hospital & practice management expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- A patient-first approach with outstanding customer service orientation
- Solid understanding of budgets, cost management, and financial planning
- Knowledge of hospital quality systems, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and make sound operational decisions
- Experience in project management, process improvement, digital transformation, or launching new healthcare services will be an advantage
