Role Description The General Manager Finance will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning for projects within the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounting records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Finance will design, implement, and strengthen internal control systems, manage financial risk, and support strategic decision-making for real estate and land development initiatives.



Daily responsibilities also include leading the finance and accounts team, coordinating with project and senior management, managing audits, and providing regular financial reports and analysis to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements for multiple projects or business units.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess project viability, monitor performance, and support strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain effective Internal Controls and compliance processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or project-based industries preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, with high integrity, attention to detail, and a focus on risk management.
