- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Chennai real estate, land transactions, investment banking, and real estate transactions.
- Ideally, the last 2-3 years should have been on the land advisory, industrial leasing, investment banking, or investment advisory side with a leading IPC, Big 4 firm, or a boutique investment bank with a strong real estate practice.
- Business development skills with a deep understanding of local land laws, zoning policies, and title deed clearances in Tamil Nadu.
- A solid relationship with the real estate developer community and institutional High-Net-Worth (HNI) investors would be desirable.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of transaction structures, investment themes, and the regulatory scenario in the real estate industry, along with strong business development acumen.

Job Profile Land Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels suitable for residential, industrial parks, and commercial developments. Client Advisory: Advise institutional investors and corporate clients on land valuations, Highest and Best Use (HBU) analysis, and investment feasibility.
Transaction Management: Lead the end-to-end deal process, including negotiations, term-sheet finalizations, and coordination of legal and financial due diligence.
Market Intelligence: Monitor Chennais land micro-markets, tracking zoning regulations, infrastructure developments, and pricing trends.
Relationship Building: Network with landowners, local authorities, and developers to maintain a robust pipeline of land opportunities.
