Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the retail apparel or garment industry. The candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, building strong retail relationships, increasing sales, and supporting the growth of the clothing brand across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, distributors, and multi-brand outlets.

Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.

Generate sales leads and onboard new retail partners.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams for smooth execution.

Manage B2B sales activities for garments/apparel products.

Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities.

Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, and brand collaborations.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up on orders, payments, inventory movement, and client servicing.

Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Prepare sales reports,



market feedback, and business performance updates.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related field

5 years of experience in business development or retail sales within a garment/clothing/apparel brand

Experience working with retail stores, distributors, or fashion brands preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in fashion retail or streetwear brands

Strong network in apparel retail market

Self-motivated and target-driven

Passion for fashion and brand growth

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
