- Job Responsibilities

- Operate Heat Transfer / Fusing Machine for transferring logos, graphics, labels, and designs onto garments and other materials.
- Set and control temperature,



pressure, and pressing time as per product/material requirements.
- Ensure proper positioning and alignment of transfers before pressing.
- Check the quality of transferred prints for adhesion, alignment, peeling, cracks, bubbles, and colour/finish.
- Follow approved samples, job sheets, artwork, and production instructions.
- Handle different types of fabrics and heat-transfer materials.
- Conduct test pressing before starting bulk production and get approval wherever required.
- Maintain consistent quality throughout production.

- Qualification

- 10th / 12th Pass.
- Technical or garment/apparel production background will be an advantage.

- Experience

- 1–3 years of experience operating heat transfer, fusing, or heat press machines.
- Experience in garment printing, apparel, promotional products, or textile production preferred.

- Required Skills

- Good knowledge of heat transfer / heat press machine operation.
- Understanding of temperature, pressure, and pressing time settings.
- Good eye for alignment and finishing quality.
- Ability to identify transfer defects such as peeling, bubbling, cracks, poor adhesion, and misalignment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to meet production targets.
