Role Description The Fund Raiser (Volunteer) will play a key role in generating financial support for the society’s initiatives through outreach, relationship-building, and fundraising campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential donors, drafting transparent and compelling fundraising messages, coordinating online and remote events, and engaging with individuals and organizations to encourage contributions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of donations, providing periodic updates to supporters,



and collaborating with the team to develop and refine fundraising strategies aligned with the society’s mission.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills for donor outreach and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing campaigns, planning events, and managing time effectively to meet fundraising targets.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, social media, and online fundraising platforms.
- Candidates should possess abilities in writing clear messages, preparing reports, and documenting donor information accurately.
- Commitment to the welfare of elders and support for students, with a high level of integrity, empathy, and reliability.
- Ability to work remotely in a full-time volunteer capacity, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, community outreach, or non-profit work is beneficial but not mandatory.
