Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js + MongoDB)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the front end, Node.js on the back end, and MongoDB as the primary database. Knowledge of React Native is a plus, as you may contribute to cross-platform mobile features.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling.

Build robust, secure, and scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Model data and optimize queries in MongoDB (including indexing, aggregation pipelines, and schema design).

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews.





Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.

(Optional) Contribute to React Native mobile app development and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

Robust expertise in

Front end: React, Redux/Context API, hooks, component lifecycle, state management.

Back end: Node.js, Express/NestJS, asynchronous programming, REST/GraphQL.

Database: MongoDB (Mongoose ODM, schema design, indexing, aggregation).

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).

Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library), and debugging tools.

Familiarity with cloud deployment, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with React Native for mobile app development.

Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), payment gateways, or real-time features (WebSockets, Socket.io).

Exposure to microservices architecture, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), or serverless functions.

Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and logging (ELK stack).
