- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and tools to manage project workflows.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security best practices.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
