Key Accountabilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack web applications across frontend and backend layers
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications aligned with business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain frontend components, reusable UI modules, and backend services using modern frameworks and technologies
- Design, build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs
- Ensure seamless user experience through efficient application design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
- Develop secure, reliable, and scalable solutions following industry best practices and organizational standards
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and accessible user interfaces
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers
- Optimize application performance, service response times, frontend rendering, and database interactions
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and development guidelines
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, architects, QA teams, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain technical documentation for application architecture, APIs, integrations, components, and deployment processes
- Provide regular updates on development progress, risks, dependencies, and assigned deliverables

Mandatory Skills

- Solid proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development concepts




- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Strong experience in developing responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience in building reusable UI components and implementing responsive, mobile-first designs
- Hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, .NET, or similar technologies
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and external APIs
- Knowledge of database design, querying, and performance optimization for SQL and NoSQL databases (including MongoDB)
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and SSO
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and application architecture patterns
- Experience with testing frameworks and debugging techniques across frontend and backend applications

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, NgRx, or Vuex
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and frontend performance optimization techniques
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards and UI/UX best practices
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, or Playwright
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience working in Telecom, eCommerce, Retail, or high-volume transaction environments
