Key Accountabilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications

- Build intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with business and technical requirements

- Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks

- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality production-ready applications

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, backend services, and third-party platforms

- Ensure seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

- Optimize application performance, page load times, rendering efficiency, and accessibility standards

- Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible applications following industry best practices

- Implement secure frontend solutions, authentication flows, and session management mechanisms

- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure smooth API integration and data flow

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, UI issues, and browser compatibility problems

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development quality standards

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices

- Work with business analysts, product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, and QA teams to deliver business solutions

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Continuously improve application usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability

- Maintain technical documentation for frontend components, UI architecture, integrations, and development standards

- Document enhancements, technical decisions, and application changes

- Provide regular updates on development progress, risks, dependencies, and assigned deliverables





Mandatory Skills

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend development concepts

- Hands-on experience with Angular, React.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks

- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design

- Experience building reusable UI components and component-based architectures

- Strong experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services

- Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, NgRx, Context API, or Vuex

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

- Robust understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques

- Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, NPM, or Yarn

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and SSO

- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and browser developer tools

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and UI/UX best practices

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Server-Side Rendering (SSR) frameworks

- Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or .NET

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium

- Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWA)

- Experience working with design systems and component libraries

- Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture

- Experience working in Telecom, eCommerce, Banking, or enterprise digital transformation projects

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
