Role Description

We are looking for a Front Office Executive – Pet Care to join our team at Bark & Board, Tellapur, Hyderabad.

This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site opportunity and freshers are welcome to apply.

The role involves welcoming pet parents and visitors, handling enquiries, managing bookings and appointments, assisting with boarding and grooming check-ins/check-outs, maintaining basic pet records, handling payments, and coordinating with our grooming and operations teams.

You will also communicate with pet parents regarding their pets' services, schedules, and updates, helping ensure every customer receives a warm and professional experience.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely loves pets. You should be comfortable around dogs and other companion animals, enjoy interacting with pet parents,



and have a caring and responsible attitude toward animals.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualifications & What We're Looking For

- Genuine love and affection for pets – essential
- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn front-office operations, bookings, and customer handling
