About the Opportunity growfurTHR is looking to collaborate with freelance recruiters and independent recruitment professionals who want to work on live hiring requirements without having to spend time acquiring clients.

We primarily work on Sales hiring, with most current requirements based in Delhi NCR.

This is a long-term, commission-based collaboration, not a salaried employment opportunity.

What You'll Do

- Source relevant candidates for assigned requirements
- Screen candidates based on the client's requirements
- Share shortlisted profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates through the hiring process
- Support candidates until joining

Compensation & Payment Terms

This is a revenue-sharing / commission-based model.

- Commission is paid for successful placements
- Commission will be released only after the candidate joins and growfurTHR receives the payment from the client
- There is no fixed salary or upfront payment
- Client payment timelines can generally be around 45-60 days after joining, depending on the client
- The applicable commission structure and terms will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before you start working on a requirement
