Job Summary:

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create easy, user focused designs for web and mobile products. The role involves working closely with product and development teams to improve usability and user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers and product managers
- Improve designs based on feedback and testing results
- Maintain consistency with brand and design standards

Requirements:

- Experience as a UI/UX Designer, specifically in finance/fintech industry
- Strong portfolio of design work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Understanding of user centered design principles
- Good communication and problem solving skills
