Fractional CFO (URGENT - Closing this week)

We're hiring a Fractional CFO for a quick-scaling, multi-entity business group (IT & Systems Integration, Device Refurbishment, Telecom Software) that's crossed ~₹150 Cr in aggregate revenue — and is now hitting the wall that growth without financial architecture always builds.

What you'll own:

- Working capital and 90-day cash bridge structuring against large receivables
- Debt structuring — negotiating enhanced CC/OD limits, LC/BG lines with banking partners as the group scales past ₹100 Cr
- Margin optimisation — setting gross margin thresholds by business line, running forensic cost audits
- Strategic M&A; — leading financial due diligence on an active acquisition, and building the group's fundraising narrative for institutional debt/equity

What success looks like:

- Zero statutory compliance defaults,



cash bridge secured within 20 days
- Working capital lines extended 25-30%, cost of debt down 100-150 bps
- Consolidated EBITDA margin up 3-5%

The engagement: 20-24 hrs/week, remote + few days in office in a month. This is a fractional C-suite mandate — full ownership of the financial engine, without the full-time overhead.
