Role Overview This role is designed for a strategic analytical thinker who will drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and financial performance management within our fast-growing Forex and Fintech ecosystem. You will serve as a critical bridge between finance and business operations, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that unlock growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



- AOP &
- Rolling Forecasts: Lead the preparation and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)



for Category Business Units and strategic lines. Drive rolling forecast cycles by analyzing historical trends and strategic priorities.


- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze P&L; performance, ensuring detailed breakdowns of revenue, cost, and margin performance across business lines and geographies.


- Business Partnering: Act as a financial partner to Vertical Heads and business leadership to identify financial levers for growth and profitability.


- Variance Analysis: Conduct rigorous variance analysis (plan vs. actuals), identifying root causes for discrepancies and providing actionable improvement recommendations.


- MIS &
- Reporting: Design and manage monthly MIS reports and executive dashboards that highlight abnormal trends and support quick decision-making for top management.


- Cost Optimization: Evaluate pricing strategies, partner incentives, and operational burn to drive cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements.


- Strategic Support: Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, business case preparation, and due diligence for current growth proposals.


- Audit &
- Compliance: Prepare financial schedules for auditors and ensure accurate month- end closing, accruals, and reconciliation of operational expenses.
