As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Automation - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to drive continuous improvement. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and inspire others.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using these moments to grow and deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic environment where your ability to analyze complex concepts and interpret data will inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities





- Managing client relationships and fostering meaningful connections to support service delivery
- Leading automation framework design and development to enhance operational efficiency
- Implementing business process automation solutions to streamline client operations
- Overseeing project management and planning to validate timely delivery of services
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Facilitating continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize managed services
- Collaborating with delivery teams to manage performance and mitigate delivery risks
- Developing strategies for operational performance management and service level management
- Engaging stakeholders to align service management objectives with client needs
- Promoting innovation and creativity in digital transformation and process optimization efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Substantial DevOps or platform engineering experience with ownership of production deployments.

- Deep CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience, with strong Terraform / IaC.

- Strong AWS fluency across deployment-relevant services.

- Strong grounding in identity, security, and networking, and enterprise integration.

- Solid automation skills and a habit of codifying build and run processes.

- Deep, hands-on experience deploying LLM and agentic applications to production (LLMOps), including serving, scaling, retrieval infrastructure, observability, evaluation, and responsible AI.
