Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Forklift Maintenance Technician role based in Bengaluru. The technician will perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and related material-handling equipment. Daily responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance schedules, identifying mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and completing timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.

The role involves maintaining service records, coordinating with operations teams to plan maintenance windows, and adhering to safety protocols and compliance standards. The technician will also support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and participate in root-cause analysis for recurring issues.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess robust skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance, with hands-on experience in material-handling or similar machinery.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills, including the ability to diagnose faults and perform component replacements and adjustments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues and propose practical solutions.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of safety standards for industrial equipment and a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to read technical manuals, service documentation, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
- Previous experience maintaining forklifts or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
