– Follow-up Coordinator Location: Samaypur Badli, Rohini Sector 18 Department: Administration / Coordination Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organized Follow-up Coordinator who will be responsible for regular follow-ups related to Sales, Purchase, Internal Teams, Vendors, Customers and general office activities . The candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up discipline and the ability to maintain proper records.

Key Responsibilities Follow up with the Sales Team regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and pending activities. Coordinate with the Purchase Team regarding purchase orders, material status, deliveries and pending requirements. Take regular follow-ups with internal teams and ensure assigned activities are completed on time.

Follow up with customers, vendors and other external parties whenever required. Maintain daily follow-up records and update the status of pending tasks. Coordinate between different departments for smooth completion of office activities.

Prepare simple reports, trackers and status updates using MS Excel / Google Sheets .



Send reminders and communicate pending activities to concerned team members. Maintain proper documentation and ensure important follow-ups are not missed.

Perform other coordination and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and coordination ability. Working knowledge of MS Office , especially MS Excel and MS Word . Working knowledge of Google Workspace , especially Google Sheets, Google Docs and Gmail. Basic knowledge of maintaining trackers and reports. Valuable organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple follow-ups simultaneously. Responsible, disciplined and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in sales coordination, purchase coordination, administration, back-office or follow-up roles will be preferred. Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.

Experience 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary As per candidate's experience and suitability.
