Role Description The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the patient care floors to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-focused service delivery. This full-time, in office role in Ahmedabad involves coordinating patient flow, supervising front-line staff, monitoring adherence to clinical and administrative protocols, and resolving operational issues in real time.

Manager will work closely with medical and support teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service, while ensuring that patients and caregivers receive clear information and timely assistance.



The role also includes tracking key performance indicators, addressing feedback, and supporting implementation of process improvements across the center.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Patient Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage patient and caregiver concerns promptly and empathetically.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability in Operations Management, including coordinating workflows, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Experience in Training staff on service standards, operational protocols, and patient interaction best practices.
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Comfort with using hospital information systems and basic office software for reporting and coordination.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field; prior oncology or tertiary care experience is an advantage.
