Fleet Operations Manager –

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery operations, manage fleet performance, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in operations management, team handling, delivery partner management, and process optimization within fast-paced logistics or food delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Supervise delivery executives/fleet teams and monitor daily performance.

Track KPIs such as order delivery time, delay percentage, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Handle fleet-related issues including payouts, incentives, attendance, and compliance

Monitor shift planning, manpower allocation, and Store-wise delivery performance

Grocery Fruits FMCG Handling B2B / B2C

Inbound &

- Outbound Management and Inventory Management: Involves ordering from Consumer, receiving, tracking, reordering (avoiding stock outs/overstocking), and managing returns/exchanges.

Coach DEs via field training at an individual level for better delivery experience





On‑time picking the stocks &

- Packing Dispatching on time

Store Operations (Daily Checklist): Opening/closing, cleaning, security, and staff scheduling

Order Fulfillment: Managing inventory for both in-store and online sales, including Buy Online, Pick Up In Store &

- Pickers Productivity

Customer Service &

- Returns: Managing customer inquiries and streamlining the return process

Daily Orders dispatched Tracking follow up last mile delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred).

2–5 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or fleet management

Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industry preferred

Salary Range Start from : Rs. 25000 and based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
