Its portfolio spans inspections of solar plants and power lines using UAVs, ERP implementation, Salesforce and IT project management, and consulting in smart grid and specialized concrete pole manufacturing, providing diverse opportunities for technical and field-focused professionals.

Role Description The Fixed-wing Pilot will operate and manage fixed-wing UAV missions for applications such as aerial mapping, inspections of solar PV plants and power lines, and other data acquisition projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include pre-flight planning, coordinating with operations and engineering teams, conducting secure take-off and landing procedures, executing flight paths as per mission objectives, and monitoring aircraft performance and payload sensors. The pilot will also perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance-related reporting, while ensuring adherence to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.





Documentation of flight logs, mission reports, and incident records, as well as participation in training and continuous improvement initiatives, will be part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong fixed-wing UAV piloting skills, including pre-flight planning, navigation, and safe execution of missions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of aviation safety regulations, UAV operating guidelines, and risk assessment practices.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and troubleshooting abilities related to UAV systems, sensors, and ground control equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in data handling and documentation, including maintaining flight logs, mission reports, and operational records.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with engineering, operations, and client-facing teams.
- Relevant UAV or aviation certifications, DGCA-related licenses, or formal training in aviation, aerospace, or related fields are highly beneficial.
- Experience in drone operations for energy, infrastructure, or mapping projects, and familiarity with GIS or surveying tools, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in field conditions, follow safety protocols, and adapt to evolving technologies and mission requirements.
