We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant as a Fitter / Welder/ Electrical In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding various metal components, structures, and machinery parts essential for battery production lines. This is an excellent opportunity for technical graduates or certification holders to kickstart their career in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Fitting: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to assemble mechanical components and parts for battery manufacturing equipment.
- Welding Operations: Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on various metals to fabricate, repair, and maintain plant machinery, racks, and structural components.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished welds and fitted parts to ensure they meet strict engineering tolerances and safety standards.
- Machine Maintenance:
Assist the maintenance team in routine checks, alignment, and repair of production machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter, Welder, Electrical or related mechanical trades.
- Experience:0 to 1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and fitting tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness.
- Candidate should be medically fit before offer for joining .
- Work Ethic: Punctual, adaptable to shift rotations, and a strong team player.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with aptitude and interview performance).
