Roles and Responsibilities Working Days: Monday to Saturday Complementary Studio Membership worth Rs 6250/ month. § Maintain coordination between the management, sales , and operations. § Contribute to maintaining employee relationships and identifying areas for improvement. § Ensure efficient use of software tools and MS Excel for HR activities. § Support the development and implementation of organizational policies. § Conduct customer calls to identify needs and provide solutions. § Maintain and update the client database, ensuring regular follow-ups. § Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new clients. § Develop domain-specific sales plans and propose targets aligned with business objectives.



§ Participate in strategic decisions related to business expansion and growth. § Collaborate with business leaders to determine sales plans that meet organizational needs. § Innovate and suggest current ways to enhance programs and services. § Demonstrate excellent negotiation and analytical skills to achieve objectives. § Prepare and deliver impactful presentations as required. § Prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining strong organizational skills. § Remain self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets.
