We are hiring a Finance Head for a fast-growing, digital-first D2C consumer brand that is disrupting the oral-care category and has built a strong market presence within a short span. This is a high-ownership leadership role for a finance professional who can partner closely with the business and drive financial planning, performance, compliance and decision-making. ? Location: Gurgaon ( On site - 5 days a week) ? Industry: D2C / Consumer / FMCG Key Responsibilities ? Lead the overall finance charter and set financial goals ? Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS ? Drive corporate accounting and financial/regulatory reporting ? Strengthen financial controls, processes and SOPs ? Lead FP&A;, revenue assurance, banking,



taxation and accounting ? Build weekly visibility into P&L; and cash flows ? Drive quarterly consolidated financials and audit/board reporting ? Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and regulatory requirements ? Partner with leadership on fundraising, debt/equity and due diligence ? Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and financial governance What We're Looking For ✅ CA Qualified / MBA - Finance ✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience ✅ Strong experience in D2C / FMCG / consumer businesses ✅ Strong understanding of reconciliation, sales and financial controls ✅ Experience across accounting, FP&A;, taxation and reporting ✅ Robust stakeholder management and business partnering skills ✅ Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
