Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad . This role is responsible for driving financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights to management on revenue, costs, and profitability. The manager will collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align financial plans with business goals, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall financial performance. Additional duties include supporting annual planning cycles, enhancing financial controls, and recommending process improvements for more efficient reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to support strategic and operational decision-making.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Financial Modeling and Budgeting & Forecasting skills to build robust models and manage periodic planning cycles.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in consulting, professional services, or related industries.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or financial reporting systems is an advantage.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage deadlines.
